Guidance Notes

Teams and Organisations should cultivate an environment and culture conducive to high performance.

This should include a focus on:

  1. Team commitment and performance
  2. Outcomes over outputs.
  3. Leadership over management.
  4. Experimentation and adaptation over following a plan.
  5. Empowerment, with decision making delegated to the point of information.
  6. Trust enabled by transparency over rules and regulations.
  7. Rigour, care, and consideration of everything that’s done.
  8. A constant desire for improvement.
  9. Investment in people.
