Guidance Notes
Teams should have clear view on how they allocate roles & responsibilities across the team.
This should ensure:
- Everyone on the team contributes to and is jointly and collectively responsible for innovation and the delivery of team objectives
- Roles & responsibilities relating to the facilitation of the delivery of objectives are defined and allocated
- Roles & responsibilities relating to the operation of Products and ongoing support to Run activities are defined and allocated
- That roles and responsibilities are defined and allocated by the team themselves
- That roles are rotated
