Guidance Notes

Teams should have clear view on how they allocate roles & responsibilities across the team.

This should ensure:

  1. Everyone on the team contributes to and is jointly and collectively responsible for innovation and the delivery of team objectives
  2. Roles & responsibilities relating to the facilitation of the delivery of objectives are defined and allocated
  3. Roles & responsibilities relating to the operation of Products and ongoing support to Run activities are defined and allocated
  4. That roles and responsibilities are defined and allocated by the team themselves
  5. That roles are rotated
