Teams and Organisations should have a clear strategy for how they expect to deliver their Vision that evolves over time.

This strategy should:

  1. Describe the broad strokes for how the Vision is expected to be delivered, without detailing specific initiatives or actions.
  2. Narrow the problem and opportunity space for the identification and elaboration of Epics to deliver the Vision.
  3. Inform the Team or Organisation’s Roadmap.
  4. Be regularly reviewed and updated based on new learnings.
