Guidance Notes

Organisations should make all information, metrics and decisions fully transparent.

This information should:

  1. Be available for anyone to consume (pull), rather than be distributed (pushed) out.
  2. Be the same information that’s used to operate and run the Service.
  3. Be enabled by tooling but not defined by the tooling.
  4. Be generated automatically wherever possible.

Please provide questions and feedback via replies below.

Further Notes

Details of some of the topics we plan to publish further topics on will be added here soon.

Please set us know via a reply below if there’s any of these further notes you’d like us to prioritise, if there’s anything you think we’ve missed, or just to let us know your thoughts.
