- Examples of organising around value - can we bring the concept of teams and organisations organised around value (customer segment and need) to life through examples, and to address some of the comments around decomposition in Portfolio Scope (LPM)
- References to existing organising around value thinking - how does LPM relate to existing bodies of knowledge, and where can people go to read more on this
- Rename Product Portfolio to Run Portfolio (including updating the image on leanportfoliomanagement.net)
- Something on the transition of Projects to cross-product initiatives that require coordination - maybe as extra content in the intro for the time being (see Introduction to Lean Portfolio Management - #4 by JonathanB)

Team Foundations
We (Clear Star) have a model (very raw and definitely not fully tested) around the transition from organisations of individuals to organisations of teams, built on three areas - Team Working, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. We’d like to get it up here so that rocks can be thrown at it at some point.
Effective Transformations
We (Clear Star) also have an emerging model for how to drive effective transformational change. We’ve written up some of it on our website (Effective Transformation - Clear Star), but would like to open source it in more detail here.
