An innovative, groundbreaking book that will captivate readers of Malcolm Gladwell, Daniel Pink, The Power of Habit, and Quiet For generations, we have focused on the individual drivers of success: passion, hard work, talent, and luck.
Peter’s Review :
Another book that has blown my mind, in terms of articulating why a different approach focus can give and create value for otherwise (alongside yourself) can make you wildly more successful.
For me, it clarified a lot of the benefits of the approach I feel we’re taking with Clear Star, e.g. through the SMEcosystem - a focus on helping others, building networks, focusing on teams rather than individuals, creating communities - and why that could make us wildly successful.
But it’s also forced me to consider and challenge the way I think and act, and has given me a new perspective on why my brain might work the way it does.
Needless to say I cannot recommend this highly enough - another one I’m afraid that I’m going to recommend that everyone reads.
